國立台灣美術館本屆巡迴影展主題為「真實紛呈 紀錄延伸」，目的讓觀眾從紀錄片的各種真實面相中發現大世界，並開始學習關注周遭社會，延伸思考其中議題，相互激盪出不同的觀點。此次主題共分為「親愛地球」、「戰痕印記」、「時代變遷」、「愛無疆界」、「風華記憶」、「人民工廠」等七大單元，影片內容涵蓋多元議題，如《帶水雲》、《遮蔽的天空》、《核你到永遠》探討環境與現代化之間如何達到平衡；《牽我的手》、《聖與罪》展現在地小人物為了理想，堅持不懈的意志；《藝霞年代》、《乘著光影旅行》完美記錄時代變遷下人物的精彩；《攝吧！我的愛》、《迫降前我愛你》傳達愛情與親情間的學習課題；《T婆工廠》、《天線寶寶之停車暫借問》、《鐵烏鴉》帶出資本主義下所產生的勞資爭議問題；《大台中紀事3》則集結6位不同資歷與創作風格的導演對於台中的觀察紀錄，藉此讓觀眾重新認識台中城市獨特的人文風情等；多部國內外精選紀錄片，將帶給民眾不同的觀看視野。

本屆放映地點於全國各文化單位，包括連江縣、金門縣及澎湖縣，北、中、南9所大專院校，如台北藝術大學、台灣藝術大學、中央大學、中興大學、逢甲大學、屏東教育大學等，以及各地方電影圖書館、誠品書局等，場次均為免費入場，歡迎民眾踴躍參加。

《我愛高跟鞋》My Fancy High Heel

春天，小牛的皮剛被割下，女工在生產線上，精心修飾每一個細節；冬天，那些細節就穿在紐約時尚女性的腳上。在一雙雙高跟鞋中，隱含著名媛的內心世界、女工的喜怒哀樂、台商與國際客戶的協商現場，以及屠牛場的殘酷實境。這是個關於願望的故事，由美麗高跟鞋所織串著，影片在平靜中潛伏巨大能量，猶如一首浩瀚浮於世事的詩
篇。

The impact of globalization on this world manifests itself in each pair of high heel shoes. The film reveals a young female assemblyline worker, with her own feelings of joy, disillusionment and sorrow; a Taiwanese businessman in China, managing a contract manufacturing firm and negotiating with international customers; the inner world of a fashionable, well-off young woman of New York; and the cruel realities of the slaughterhouse.

《天線寶寶之停車暫借問》Teletubbies in Taipei: Workers Against Privatisation

2008 年台北市街頭出現了4 名天線寶寶，胸前掛著螢幕播放短片、發文宣，在幽默的頭套下，其實是4 個被惡意解雇的故事。他們原在台北市路邊停車格開單收費的市府員工，只求一份穩定的工作，烈日豪雨都要上工，但市府卻要將停車收費工作委外辦理。作為市民、城市的主人，我們只想問：給這些辛苦工作的人一份正職工作，何過之有！

In 2008, on the streets of Taipei, four Teletubbies appeared. They had monitors on their chests, and they dispatched DMs. They were four of Taipei’s government employees who had been laid off. No matter how hot the day or how heavy the rains were, they worked hard in the parking lots just to have stable work. But then the government shifted the operating rights to outer companies. This is a film about their anger to politicians who did not keep their words.

《攝吧！我的愛》I Shot My Love

以色列紀錄片導演在柏林遇見了德國舞者安得利亞，兩人從48小時戀情，進展為穩定的關係。安得利亞決定搬到特拉維夫後，這對戀人體驗到不少源自種族、家庭與歷史的糾結；導演和他的母親，以及他的德國男友，一起在生活裡調整各自的定位。親情、愛情，是人類恆久共通的生命課題，卻又每每在不同的人身上，綻放無可取代的獨特光彩。

Seventy years after his grandfather escapes from Nazi Germany to Palestine, the director returns to the country of his ancestors to present his film at the Berlin International Film Festival, and there meets a man who will change his life. This film tells a personal but universal love story and follows the triangular relationship between Tomer, his German boyfriend, and his intensely Israeli mother.

《阿敏的樂章》Amin

瓜須蓋是伊朗南方的一個遊牧民族，他們有自己獨特的語言、文化和藝術傳統，但在快速的現代化與都市化的壓力下，這個獨特族群的文化正快速地消失中。本片主角阿敏來自瓜須蓋，是一位才華洋溢的小提琴家，他有志將家鄉的民族音樂引入西方樂壇，證明音樂無國界。傳統文化的傳承，就有賴阿敏這樣珍惜文化的年輕藝術家了。

This film follows the life of Amin, a young talented violinist who wants to cherish the traditional Qashqai music in southern Iran. This film will prove the notion, “music has no boundary.” The future of this ancient tradition lies in the hand of the young generation like Amin and the filmmaker.

《擺盪》Swing

90 年代，紅毛猩猩在台灣因為大眾傳播媒體的推波助瀾，竟成為許多人家的「寵物」，牠們從婆羅洲與蘇門達臘島輾轉被走私到台灣，歷經顛沛流離、族群死別、家園崩毀，再遭到棄養、無家可歸。這是一個不應該開始，但又很真實的故事，因為一連串的錯誤，20 幾年來，牠們遭受許多苦難，在牠們的身上，看到了人類所留下來滿滿的烙印。

Orangutans, native to Malaysia and Indonesia, are the “Man of the Woods”. But since the 1980, Taiwanese merchants have smuggled the furry great apes to Taiwan to sell them as domesticated pets. This documentary shows the efforts of research institutes who have been working to rescue these creatures by training them to eventually release them back into the wild. Can the apes once again swing in the paradise they seem to have lost?

《T婆工廠》Lesbian Factory

2004 年，125 名來自菲律賓的女性移工因老闆掏空資產，3 個月拿不到薪水，於是向台灣國際勞工協會（TIWA）求助。TIWA 一邊組織著她們的抗爭行動，也一邊記錄下移工的集體抗爭事件。但拍著拍著，鏡頭裡開始出現雙雙對對的同志伴侶，她們總是互相依偎，溫馨甜蜜，抗爭紀錄遂意外發展成愛的故事。看她們以無比的勇氣，為愛勇往直前，共赴天涯。

In late 2004, 125 Philippines women migrant workers came to the Taiwan International Workers’ Association (TIWA) to file complaints for not receiving their salary. While filming, there were sweet scenes of lesbian couples cuddling each other in front of the camera. This documentary of a labor struggle unexpectedly became love stories. These women courageously fight against the state policies while struggling for love!

彥廷是green，也是blue。他擁有兩個身份，因為這樣他才有辦法面對他同時喜歡上兩個女生的事實。他喜歡公車的一切，愛搭公車，做公車模型，設計公車交通地圖；當他焦躁不安的時候，必須用嘴巴親吻碰觸到的東西，才能釋放內心的焦慮。彥廷和他同樣患有自閉症與強迫症的朋友，以他們獨有的方式，一起在發展中心內生活和學習著。

Yan Ting is both green and blue because he likes two girls at the same time. He suffers from Autism and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. He struggles with being at once afraid of the crowded place but also loving to go. Whatever he touches, he must kiss to release anxiety inside him. In Chinlung Development Center, there are a group of respectful teachers who are trying to help Ting pursue the life he wants.

《我家門前有大河》 My River

12 年前，從台東來的美華一家7 人，來到三峽鶯歌橋下的三鶯部落。他們用雙手建立了自己的家園，但美華的弟弟出生尚未滿月，房子就被台北縣政府以違建名義拆除。美華一家8 人離開，兩年後又搬回三鶯部落。2009 年他們的房子再次被拆除了。「房子被拆，你們要怎麼辦？」，對美華一家人來說，答案很簡單，被拆？再蓋就好了啊！

Mei-hua’s family of seven from Taitung came to the San-ying Village 12 years ago. They built their home by their own bare hands. After one month Mei-hua’s youngest brother was born, the house they were living in was torn to the ground by Taipei County Government for violating building laws. When they were asked, “What are you going to do now? Their answer was very simple- If they tear it down, we’ll build it again!
