《克萊歐》是一部融合混合實境（MR）與現場舞蹈的作品，靈感來自1962 年新浪潮名導安妮
華達電影《五點到七點的克萊歐》。電影中的克萊歐從他人的凝視中逐步掙脫，重新看待自我
與世界。六十年後的今天，作品探問當代的克萊歐，是否仍在他人目光與自我懷疑之間徘徊？
本次展覽展出VR單人改製版本, 重新召喚克萊歐於數位語境中回歸，探問女性形象如何在社群
媒體與虛擬世界的持續凝視下被建構與再現。在真實身體與虛擬角色的交互中，舞者引領觀眾
踏上一段身體與影像交錯的內在旅程—當克萊歐存在於無所遁逃的數位凝視中，她將如何辨識
真實的自己？
➻ 關於藝術家
陳筱彤，臺灣新媒體藝術家，以XR為核心創作媒材，結合互動機制、遊戲性與表演元素，探索當代社會中身體、性別與數位媒介的關係。她的作品遊走於「虛擬／真實」的邊界，透過視覺與遊戲化的互動創造獨特的臨場經驗，探問當身體被科技中介時，如何生成新的敘事與感知。近年創作聚焦於性別與身體議題。代表作MR跨域演出《克萊歐》於2025年聲響藝術節完成首演，並入選2026年鹿特丹影展市場展單元；該作與2024年製作的VR互動動畫《關於你的死亡》，分別運用舞蹈、遊戲與動畫語言，重構女性身體在數位環境中的存在方式。
➻ Exhibition Introduction
Featuring mixed reality (MR) and on-site dances, Cléo draws inspiration from Agnès Varda’s French New Wave classic – Cléo from 5 to 7 (1962). In the original film, the protagonist Cléo frees herself from the weight of others’ gazes, renewing perception of both herself and the world. Sixty years on, this project brings up a question: does Cléo in the present day still wander between the scrutiny of others and the shadows of self-doubt?
This project presents a VR adaptation of the original piece centering on a solo performance, bringing back the character Cléo into a digital setting to examine how female imagery is embodied and reconstructed under the unceasing gaze of others on social media and in virtual realms. Through the interplay between the corporeal body and its virtual double, the dancing figure guides viewers onto an inward journey where flesh and image interact. When Cléo exists under inescapable gazes in digital forms, how does she tell what is real — including herself?
➻ About the Artist
A Taiwan-based new media artist whose practice centers on extended reality (XR), Coco Chen[KA1] brings together interactive devices, game mechanics, and performative elements. Her creations review the entangled symbols presented by the body, gender, and digital media in modern society. Wandering on the border between the virtual and the real, Chen constructs immersive encounters through visual composition and gamified interaction, probing how new narratives and perceptions emerge when the human body interacts with technology. Chen’s projects in recent years focus mainly on gender issues and corporeality. Her mixed-reality project – Cléo premiered at the 2025 DIVERSONICS and was shortlisted for IFFR 2026 (International Film Festival Rotterdam) Program CineMart. Alongside Cléo, her 2024 VR interactive animation Regarding Your Death showcases another example of adopting elements from dances, games, and animation to reconfigure the presence of the female body in digital forms.
