「非地 Nonland」以獨特的視角探索了人類、自然與記憶之間的深刻聯繫。此體驗融合儀式傳統與虛擬實境媒介，創造出跨越時空的體驗。靈感源自化石珊瑚礁岩，「非地」構建由逝去生命組成的神秘空間。觀眾將踏上一段揭示未知的奇妙旅程，聆聽居住在「非地」的靈魂們訴說他們的故事。這件作品將傳統儀式與當代科技想像相融合，反映人類對未知領域永恆的好奇與探索。它旨在挑戰我們對現實的既定認知，更進一步詢問我們思考在這個數位時代中，精神世界如何延展與重構。「非地 Nonland」邀請觀眾重新審視自身與世界、生者與逝者之間的複雜關係，開啟一段穿越虛實、跨越生死的奇幻之旅。

Nonland touches on the deep connection between humans, nature, and memory from a unique perspective, bringing together traditional rituals and media for virtual reality to create an experience that transcends time and space. Based on the imagery of fossilized coral reefs, Nonland brings about a mysterious space composed of lost lives. Viewers embark on a journey of wonder that reveals the unknown and listen to the stories of the souls who live in “Nonland.” This project combines traditional rituals with imaginations presented using modern technology, which shows mankind’s eternal curiosity and exploration of uncharted space. The idea is to challenge our cognitive bias in reality and have us look deeper inside to learn how the spirit world can be extended and re-embodied in the digital age we all are living in. Viewers will re-examine the complexity between them and the world, the living and the dead, and to start a fantasy journey that goes beyond the virtual world and reality, and even life and death.
🪸關於藝術家🪸
黃偉軒是專注探索虛實邊界的數位藝術家。作品融合數位影像、動畫和XR技術，重構人與空間關係，曾在法國馬賽CHRONIQUES數位想像雙年展、美國科羅拉多州林肯中心、高雄電影節等國際舞台展出。2019年起開發XR計畫，與荷蘭烏特勒支劇院合作，參與法國坎城蔚藍海岸大學XR2C2實驗室進駐。同時為國家兩廳院、臺中歌劇院、臺北藝術節等製作擔任劇場影像設計。
🪸About the Artist🪸
Wei-Hsuan Huang, a digital artist exploring the boundaries of reality within virtual reality, makes use of elements from digital imaging, animation, and extended reality (XR) to present in a new way the relationship between people and space. His projects have been exhibited at Chroniques- the Digital Imagination and Arts Biennale, at Marseille, France, Lincoln Center in Colorado, the U.S., and Kaohsiung Film Festival in Taiwan. Since 2019, Huang has been working on XR projects, as he works with the Utrecht Theater in the Netherlands and also joins an art residency organized by the XR2C2 Lab at Université Côte d’Azur in Cannes, France. In addition, he has worked as a projection designer for venues and events including National Theater and Concert Hall, National Taichung Theater, and Taipei Arts Festival.
